Yesterday (Tuesday) I did the Tuesday workout, minus the weights. I like to do the weights all in one day and I was short on time. The workout was good, although I will admit that I averaged about 11 minute miles. Looking forward to the day in the not too distant future where I can look at those 11 minute miles and know they are just a memory.
And John...don't let my music scare you. It's ok to get a little eclectic and branch out. Try not to box yourself in too much.

So, what was the WOD you completed because inquiring minds want to know? I'll keep your advice about music in mind.
ReplyDeleteThe WOD is whatever you want it to be. With this program there are two critical workouts a week. Those are the shaded ones. If you are going to miss any workouts, don't miss those. You can do the workouts in any order you want, keeping progression and overload principles in mind. Today i am doing the 1300 yard swim they have listed for Saturday, incorporating the fingertip drill. For both running and swimming drills you can do a google and get videos of the drills to become more familiar. Ciao.
