I did the Swim/Bike brick. First I swam continuos free-style for 1600 meters. That took 45 minutes. Then I immediately changed clothes and went upstairs on the stationary bike for 20 miles. That took 63 minutes. I was pretty well cooked after that.
Dude, that's awesome. 1600 meters is a mile - right. Damn, you're there. How in the world did you get so good at swimming. I think your a slicky boy and tricked me into this SavageMan challenge, where you plan to leave me in the dust.
Trust me...not a good swimmer. I was sick to my stomach after because of all the pool water I swallowed. But, I got the job done without killing myself. I need to figure out why I get a killer headache every time I swim for more than 20 minutes. Allergy to chlorine or just hard work?

ReplyDeleteBuy yourself some of those nose pinchers to keep the water out and close your pie-hole. Breathe when your mouth is out of water, not under. Ha! Ha!
