Tuesday's Workout

On the road---
40 minute treadmill run at the Holiday Inn on some World War II era machine. Added in three 5 minute tempo runs in the middle.

  1. your training is going well i am impressed. i love the plan i am following the swim plan since this is my weakest event. I have the bike and run down just need to pick up some speed on the run
